Job summary

Chain Top Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment at customer sites across Malaysia and overseas. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and provide technical solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates are welcome, and travel is required.

On-call support and after-hours work may be necessary. A valid driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Able to provide on-call support and work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver professional technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Travel throughout Northern Malaysia and occasionally overseas to support customer projects.
• Comply with company safety, quality, and service standards.
