Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dynamic Field Service Engineer for a well-established client in the semiconductor industry based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The successful candidate will provide professional service, perform on-site maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Ideally, you must have a diploma in engineering and at least 4 years of experience with electronic production equipment, including Lithography. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to work on rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience installing/repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
• Experience in installing/repairing Lithography/Nanoimprint Lithography/Wafer bonding/Metrology equipment is a must.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional service to customers with a goal of customer satisfaction.
• Assists customers in identifying and repairing equipment related process problems.
• Performs onsite preventative maintenance and verifies operational quality of equipment.

Skills

Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of statistical process control

Advanced PC skills

Knowledge in PLC programming

Education

Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
