Job summary

KEYFIELD OFFSHORE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced professional to manage tendering, vessel chartering and contract‑related commercial activities.

You will coordinate project support, billing follow‑up and client development to sustain robust marine operations and drive growth in international markets. You will lead negotiations, ensure compliance of Charter Party agreements and contracts, and supervise cross‑functional teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years in marine or oil & gas commercial roles.
• Experience in commercial, tendering, vessel chartering and contract management.
• Understanding of vessel chartering, Charter Party Agreements, tender processes and contract administration.
• Experience handling RFPs, ITBs, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial awareness in pricing, invoicing, payments, and contractual matters.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage tendering and commercial activities including market surveys, RFPs and ITBs; assess opportunities and vessel readiness.
• Oversee vessel chartering activities: sourcing third‑party vessels, evaluating proposals, negotiating terms and coordinating charter arrangements.
• Draft, negotiate and manage Charter Party Agreements, Work Orders and contracts; monitor obligations and commercial implications.
• Coordinate contract award execution with project teams and address commercial/operational issues.
• Prepare and manage invoicing, billing follow-up and resolution of billing issues with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients; gather feedback and promote the fleet to expand business.
