Job summary

SWIFT GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a detail‑oriented professional based in Klang to manage key accounts, monitor contracts, and support tender and commercial proposal activities. The role requires independent work, proactive stakeholder coordination and timely delivery of deliverables.

Responsibilities include monitoring contract validity, maintaining registers, reviewing terms, coordinating with Legal/Finance/Procurement, and preparing commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years in logistics, key account support, contract administration, tendering or commercial coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must be willing to be based at Taman Intan, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract validity, expiry dates, extension options, renewal timelines and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a contract register, key milestones, deliverables and compliance trackers.
• Review contract terms, scope of work, rates, payment terms, liabilities and variation clauses.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Operations on contract matters.
• Manage customer and third-party tender portals, including registration, profile updates and document maintenance.
• Monitor tender invitations, ITBs, RFQs, deadlines, clarifications and submission status.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing schedules and supporting documents.
• Monitor assigned customer accounts, contract performance, outstanding matters and deliverables.
• Research logistics market trends, competitors, customer developments and industry pricing.
• Maintain contract registers, tender trackers, quotation logs, document repositories and action lists

Job description

About you
