Qualifications

• Previous experience in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skill including financial cost management.
• Advanced execution skills in a prioritization mode.
• Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters.
• Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Delivers high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills with timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions and superior customer service.
• Manages account opening and maintenance processing, including in-process, pended, and service related activities for all scenarios.
• Oversees project management in the account services space and cross-functional collaboration, defining new procedures and solving complex issues.
• Understands client requirements and implements them correctly; supports new customer initiatives.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and service levels, driving process improvements and risk controls.
• Establishes risk management practices and ensures robust controls and audit readiness.
• Engages in project planning including cost management and migration training materials.
• Provides strategic direction for a specialized area and influences business success with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies and risk management during business decisions.
