Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Analyst for Institutional Client Onboarding in Malaysia. The role involves handling customer interactions, documentation issuance, and system setups to ensure accurate account opening and maintenance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage processes, and drive improvements while maintaining strong risk controls. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in documentation and custody-related products, with excellent communication skills and project management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–8 years in documentation review and account maintenance or related custody products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated project management ability.
Ability to coach and develop staff and work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
Deliver timely and accurate account opening and maintenance processing, ensuring high-quality service.
Oversee day-to-day account opening workflows and cross-functional coordination.
Develop and implement new work procedures; monitor risks and controls.
Drive process improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
