Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Documentation review, Account Maintenance and related Cash products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Performs day to day management of the account opening and maintenance processing, including in-process and service related activities.
• Ensures compliance with internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures and practices.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate efficient communication.
• Manages risk and controls within the onboarding process and supports cross-functional collaboration.
