Job summary

You will train and support sales partners, stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, and ensure timely delivery while exploring new channel

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in banking or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal sales team, agencies and partners.
• Monitor channel performance, set targets, and report to management.
• Train and support sales partners with product knowledge through workshops.
• Track market trends, competition and regulatory updates for management.
• Implement strategies to meet operational objectives and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities and propose channel expansion plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
