Job summary

KOOCESTER MEDIA SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Malaysia to own revenue delivery across B2B and B2C channels. You will convert qualified leads into revenue through a structured closing process and manage key accounts and partnerships.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Ops to optimise lead quality, segmentation, and campaign ROI, while maintaining strong CRM discipline and a consistent sales rhythm.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in sales with pipeline or team management experience.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales environments.
• Solid track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Comfortable handling high-volume + high-ticket sales.
• Strong CRM and funnel understanding.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets across B2B and B2C segments.
• Ensure proper lead segmentation and routing for maximum conversion.
• Close corporate partnerships and strategic accounts.
• Manage contracts and ongoing client relationships.
• Drive high-ticket and recurring revenue opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with decision makers and stakeholders.
• Manage inbound leads from ads, content, and campaigns.
• Maintain fast response times and strong conversion rates.
• Optimise scripts, follow-ups, and closing performance.
• Reduce drop-off across the funnel.
• Partner with Growth to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate with Growth, Marketing and Ops teams.
