Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine vision, industrial automation, technical support, or field service engineering.
• Hands-on experience with industrial cameras, vision lighting, lenses, and vision software. Familiarity with OPT products is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive, responsible, and solution-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work with the Sales Team to design and recommend optimal vision proposals including cameras, lighting, optics, software.
• Technical Demonstrations: Design and execute in-lab tests, customer-site demonstrations, and presentations at trade shows and industry events.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to existing customers via CRM, email, phone, and MS Teams; troubleshoot on-site.
• Customer Engagement: Travel to customer sites across the designated territory for pre and post-sales visits.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
