Job summary

RICH MILLION CORPORATION SDN BHD is seeking a Guest Service Associate to support VIP guests at our hotel in Malaysia. You will coordinate VIP parking, assist with luggage handling, and ensure a welcoming reception for all guests.

Role requires basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to lift luggage. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, polite and customer-service oriented.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry guest luggage.
• Will ing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Office Associate to understand VIP parking, group bookings, events, and airport transport.
• Ensure VIP parking reserved according to the parking reserved board.
• Assist guests open the door of the car and welcoming guest.
• Assist guests loading and unloading luggage from/to the vehicles.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Attend guest's query and provide accurate information.
• Promote internal products & services.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards at all time.
• Any other tasks that assigned by your immediate superior and management.
