Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager in Perak, Malaysia. This role oversees front desk operations, the Transportation team, Concierge, and the telephone service centre, ensuring service standards align with Hilton brand guidelines.

You will lead registration, guest greetings, VIP handling, billing, Fidelio input, and interdepartmental coordination with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and IT. Fluency in English is required; experience in hotel front office preferred.
