Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound contacts via phone and email.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product value and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain CRM with customer data and interactions.
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to deliver a professional customer experience.
• Manage high volume of outbound customer contacts and drive revenue.
