Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive complex customer programs from inception to execution. You will partner with technical, procurement, legal and other teams to deliver on commitments while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5–8 years of program management experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record in budgeting and contract management. A PMP certification is a plus for advancing program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
• Familiarity with risk management and performance tracking (KPIs).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be IDEMIA's primary customer contact and relationship owner.
• Lead and support program teams to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, track milestones and manage risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and invoicing forecasts.
• Organize work using the DRIVE process.
• Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Mentor Program Managers on medium-complexity programs.
