Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead development and deployment of products and services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programs from inception to completion, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role requires 3–7+ years in program management in telecom/tech, strong leadership, negotiation skills, and proficiency with project management tools; Six Sigma methodologies are preferred.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in electrical & electronics or mechanical disciplines.
3–7+ years of experience in program management within telecom/technology.
Experience managing hardware, software and system solutions.
Strong negotiation and leadership abilities with PM tools.

Responsibilities

Manage development and implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time projects within budget.
Track performance, provide status updates and drive project reviews.
Apply Six Sigma and PM methodologies to maximize effectiveness.
Motivate teams and contribute to business plans and opportunities.
