Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a Program Manager to expand and refine the company’s program portfolio in the electronics EMS sector. You will develop strategy, manage resources, and collaborate with HR, marketing, and finance to ensure successful program delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgeting, and report performance to executives, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations in Johor.
