Only World Group operates Malaysia’s largest water theme park and related outlets. We are hiring a Ticketing Staff to greet visitors, sell tickets, manage bookings, and issue passes in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will handle payments, assist guests with inquiries, and collaborate with Waterpark Operations, F&B, and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, safe experience for all guests, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in frontline customer service or cashiering is a plus.
• Good verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Pleasant, approachable personality with high patience.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in outdoor/wet-park environment.

Responsabilidades

Welcome visitors warmly, share information regarding park attractions, ticket types, ongoing promotions, and safety rules.

Handle ticket sales, online booking redemptions, wristband/season pass issuances, locker rentals, and cash/credit card transactions accurately.

Manage entry gates, scan admission passes, and maintain an organized, smooth flow of guests into the park.

Handle guest inquiries, assist with general feedback, and resolve customer service issues professionally.

Communicate effectively with Waterpark Operations, Lifeguard/Water Crew, F&B, and Maintenance teams to ensure guest inquiries and requests are resolved promptly.

Maintain clean, orderly counter spaces and guest service areas; assist with active crowd control during peak operating hours, weekends, and special events.

Strictly follow established safety protocols and communicate park guidelines to visitors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Prior experience in frontline customer service, cashiering, or counter operations in retail, hospitality, or entertainment is an added advantage.

Clear verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to converse comfortably with diverse guests.

Pleasant, approachable, and customer-focused personality with high patience and strong interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in an active, warm outdoor or wet-park environment.

Willingness to work operational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
