ONLY WORLD GROUP operates Malaysia's largest water theme park chain, F&B outlets and family entertainment attractions. We invite dynamic individuals to join us immediately as service crew, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

As a service team member, you will handle payments, assist with inventory, and keep dining areas clean. SPM or equivalent, good Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a positive attitude are required; F&B

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable standing for long hours and working shifts, including weekends and public holidays; F&B or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Present menus, recommend dishes or promotions, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries, and dining needs in a polite and professional manner.
• Present bills and process cash or credit card payments accurately.
• Assist with monitoring daily inventory levels and stock counts.
• Ensure all kitchen/service equipment is operational, safe, and clean.
• Maintain clean dining areas, service counters, rest areas, and kitchen prep spaces.
• Perform additional operational or cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors.

Present menus, recommend dishes or promotions, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.

Attend to guest requests, inquiries, and dining needs in a polite and professional manner.

Present bills, process cash or credit card payments accurately, and return change/receipts to guests.

Assist with monitoring daily inventory levels, ensuring sufficient operational stock, and performing accurate stock counts during opening and closing shifts.

Ensure all kitchen/service machines and equipment are operational, safe, and clean before and during service.

Maintain clean dining areas, service counters, rest areas, and kitchen prep spaces (including sweeping, mopping, clearing tables, and disposing of waste at closing).

Perform additional operational or cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Good verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to converse comfortably with guests and team members.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and good interpersonal skills.

Comfortable standing for long hours and working operational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. (Experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage).
