Job summary

Only World Group operates Malaysia’s largest water theme park and related outlets. We are hiring a Ticketing Staff to greet visitors, sell tickets, manage bookings, and issue passes in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will handle payments, assist guests with inquiries, and collaborate with Waterpark Operations, F&B, and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, safe experience for all guests, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in frontline customer service or cashiering is a plus.
• Good verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Pleasant, approachable personality with high patience.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in outdoor/wet-park environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, handle online bookings, and issue wristbands.
• Manage entry gates and scan passes for smooth flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Assist with locker rentals and cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with park teams to answer guest needs.
