Job summary

Only World Group, Malaysia's largest water theme park and entertainment operator, is seeking a proactive events and marketing coordinator. You will plan and coordinate in-house functions and promotions, and drive marketing efforts while liaising with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

You will visit agencies and sales calls, ensure reports are completed, and contribute to achieving sales KPIs under the corporate commission scheme. Five-day work week with diverse, energetic duties await.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven by results.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Planning and co-ordination of in-house functions and events.
• Planning and co-ordination of all the marketing and promotional effort conducted by the organisation.
• Keeping in-touch on all sales fairs and other competitors of any new marketing programs.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• To communicate with target audiences and manage customer expectations.
• To achieve Sales KPI as per Corporate Sales Commission Scheme.
• To visit 5 Agency or sales call a day, accompanied with completed report and paperwork of visit.
• To issue Event Order, Quotation and follow up closely.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
