Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Senior Transport Vendor Manager in Malaysia. You will develop strategic relationships with transport vendors, drive performance via governance and KPIs, and lead negotiations to optimise costs and service outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Transport, Procurement, Finance, and Customers to ensure seamless service delivery, monitor capacity, and push continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' proven experience in transportation, logistics, vendor management, carrier management, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Minimum 5 years experience managing external partners and service providers in Malaysia
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender and bidding management in transport operations for Malaysia
