Job summary

Goh Brothers Group in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to manage daily sales admin, prepare orders and invoices, and coordinate vehicle registrations and loan documents. You will support the Isuzu Sales Team and maintain accurate records, reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The role requires a Diploma/SPM in business administration, 1–2 years in sales admin (auto dealership preferred), and strong MS Office skills. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in an automotive dealership.
• Fresh graduates with good administrative skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with vehicle registration, hire purchase or automotive sales documentation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales administration and documentation for vehicle sales.
• Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices and vehicle delivery documents.
• Coordinate vehicle registration, loan documentation and related processes.
• Follow up with customers, Sales Advisors, banks and relevant parties.
• Monitor booking, loan approval, registration and vehicle delivery status.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle sales records in the system.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Isuzu Sales Team.
