Job summary

Goh Brothers Group in Taiping, Perak, is recruiting a sales professional to drive Isuzu vehicle sales. You will handle inquiries, present models, conduct test drives and convert leads into sales, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in automotive sales is a plus. The role requires willingness to work weekends and participate in roadshows and promotional events, with a focus on meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in automotive or vehicle sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to participate in weekend activities, roadshows and events.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Able to use basic computer applications such as MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for Isuzu vehicles.
• Generate new sales leads through prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Attend to customer enquiries and recommend suitable Isuzu models based on customer needs.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations and test drives professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide effective after-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in showroom activities, roadshows and promotional events, while keeping updated on Isuzu products, pricing and market trends.
