Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in administration or equivalent.
• Total experience of 2+ years with at least 1 year in sales administration or sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall sales admin operation.
• Coordinate with salespersons to support sales administration.
• Monitor dealer collections, allocations, and orders.
• Enter sales orders into NAV, verify accounts, activation when needed.
• Provide allocation to related departments for bike preparation.
• Manage Approved Permit distribution and dealer collection.
• Coordinate shipment arrivals and sales billing.
• Prepare event reports and sales meeting minutes.
• Support dealer incentives trips/campaigns and weekend activities.
• Handle dealer inquiries and HR-related tasks such as attendance and claims.
