Job summary

You will coordinate customer, transaction, administrative, and vehicle-related activities, manage records, and collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of ownership transfers and related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, or administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely transaction completion.
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end branch operations by coordinating customer, transaction, administrative, and vehicle-related activities.
• Facilitate customer appointments, transaction processing, and operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates for timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Assist ownership transfer, payment, financing, and other transaction-related activities per company requirements.
• Monitor case progress and follow up to meet service level commitments.
• Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and handover activities.
• Perform vehicle condition verification and operational checks to ensure compliance.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with stakeholders and providing timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and company policies across all branch activities.
