Job summary

Prestige Cartrade Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Consignment Admin & Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle consignment, acting as the bridge between sellers, buyers, and financial institutions to move deals smoothly from Agreement to Settlement.

You will handle consignment setup, documentation, ownership transfers, case tracking, and lender coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive admin, consignment, or used car sales operations.
• Familiar with JPJ, eAuto, PUSPAKOM processes, and bank loan procedures.
• Excellent follow-up and ability to manage high-volume case tracking.
• Professional and persuasive communication with sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Setup and document consignments; verify ownership documents and verify selling prices.
• Track each vehicle case from entry to final payment with timeliness.
• Coordinate seller updates, viewings, offers, and car collection.
• Coordinate loan documents with bankers, reconfirm loan conditions, and deposits.
• Prepare pre-transfer documents and schedule inspections and bank visits.
• Confirm delivery dates and ensure insurance, cheques, and settlement readiness.
