Job summary

cnx is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service to interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet and provide resolution for routine problems related to products or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with some customer service experience.
• College coursework may be considered in lieu of experience depending on location.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls or internet, providing resolution and support.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services to answer questions accurately.
• Document interactions and update accounts as required.
• Aim to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate.
• Rotate shifts as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
