Job summary

cnx is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service - Cantonese in Kuala Lumpur to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering service and resolving routine problems for our clients’ products and services. You will greet customers, document interactions, maintain basic knowledge of offerings, and support efforts to improve customer satisfaction.

A high school diploma with up to six months of experience is preferred; strong empathy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with up to 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools to provide resolution.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff
