Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, friendly and camera-friendly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid Class D driving license.
• Experience in used car sales is an advantage.
• Willing to create social media content.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets (individual and team).
• Attend to customer enquiries through showroom visits, calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable used cars.
• Present and explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing and condition.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings and test drives.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, follow ups and sales closing.
• Assist customers with financing, trade-in and purchase procedures.
• Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Create engaging content and short videos to promote available cars on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Keep updated on used car market trends, vehicle pricing and popular models.
