Job summary

Carro, Southeast Asia's largest online automotive marketplace, is expanding its Retail Automotive Sales team in Malaysia. We seek Sales Advisors who love cars, enjoy meeting customers, and are driven by targets and commissions.

Prior automotive or retail sales experience is welcomed, with a strong sales mindset and passion for results. You will welcome buyers, understand preferences and budget, own leads, and guide customers through showroom visits, demos, and test drives while offering pricing,

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage potential car buyers to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Take ownership of leads and sales opportunities from enquiry to purchase.
• Engage customers via showroom visits, phone, WhatsApp and social media to maximise sales.
• Provide professional advice on vehicle pricing, financing, and ownership options.
• Drive the full car-buying journey from consultation to handover.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups and referrals.
