Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented team member to join a high-energy environment. You will attend to walk-in and website customers, use our inventory knowledge to match needs, and guide customers through the full journey from appraisals to test drives and financing.

You will complete records for smooth transactions, host live product demos, and help source high-quality used cars to grow inventory and hit team targets. Training is provided and customer focus is valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in areas such as retail, hospitality or airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.
