Job summary

KARO AUTOMOBILE SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Advisor to manage customers from initial enquiry to vehicle purchase and promote our vehicles across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.

You will drive monthly sales targets for used vehicles, handle enquiries via walk-ins, calls and social channels, and present vehicles with a view to closing sales. Training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or used car sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Willing to appear in videos and promote vehicles on social media.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for used vehicles.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Create and appear in short form videos to promote vehicles on social media.
