Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Active on social media and interested in creating video content.
• Willing to learn about automotive sales and digital marketing.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell used vehicles to potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins and social media.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle specifications, pricing and financing options.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Create and appear in short-form videos to promote vehicles on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Support the company's social media marketing activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and sales records.
