Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets (individual and team).
• Attend to customer enquiries through showroom visits, calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable used cars.
• Present and explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing and condition.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings and test drives.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, follow ups and sales closing.
• Assist customers with financing, trade-in and purchase procedures.
• Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Create engaging content and short videos to promote available cars on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets

Attend to customer enquiries through showroom walk ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable used cars based on their budget and preferences

Present and explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing and condition to customers

Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings and test drives

Handle quotations, negotiations, follow ups and sales closing

Assist customers with car financing, trade in and purchase procedures

Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals

Create engaging content and short videos to promote available cars on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram

Keep updated on used car market trends, vehicle pricing and popular models

About you

Previous experience in used car sales, automotive sales or other sales related industries is an advantage

Fresh graduates and candidates without automotive experience are welcome to apply

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Confident, outgoing, friendly and comfortable dealing with customers

Comfortable appearing in front of a camera and creating short form video content

Active on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram

Passionate about cars and willing to learn

Highly motivated, self disciplined and target driven

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Possess a valid Class D driving license
