Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in automotive, retail, property, banking or other consumer sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage potential car buyers, understanding their lifestyle and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Take ownership of customer leads and sales opportunities from enquiry to purchase.
• Engage customers through showroom visits, phone, WhatsApp, social media and digital leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Showcase vehicles with product walkarounds, explanations, demonstrations and test drives to create a confident buying experience.
• Provide professional advice on pricing, specifications, promotions, financing, insurance, warranty and ownership options.
