Job summary

Carro, Southeast Asia's largest online automotive marketplace, is hiring Sales Advisors / Sales Consultants who are passionate about cars, enjoy meeting customers, and are motivated by sales targets and attractive commission opportunities.

You will advise customers on used cars, manage leads and showroom visits, deliver vehicle presentations and test drives, and follow up via WhatsApp, calls and email to maximise conversions and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales mindset and customer service orientation.
• Passionate about cars and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers in finding the right used cars.
• Manage and convert leads, online inquiries, walk-ins and showroom appointments.
• Deliver vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers via multiple channels to maximise conversions and build lasting relationships.
