Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and to deliver tailored technical solutions to end users.

You will promote QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D solutions, conduct product demos, and visit customers to show how our offerings meet operational needs. Early-career friendly; driving licence and own vehicle required for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/PG/Professional degree in any discipline (engineering preferred).
• Engineering-related qualification is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle for visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop sales opportunities for assigned product lines in the territory.
• Provide technical consultancy on QA/QC, Production Engineering and R&D solutions.
• Make outbound calls to identify customers and qualify opportunities.
• Visit customers for product demos and present suitable solutions.

Urgent hiring: Sales Engineer (MNC / Factory Automation / Sensors)

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, developing customer relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.

Manage and develop sales opportunities for assigned product lines within the designated territory.

Promote and provide technical consultancy on products and solutions related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Production Engineering, and Research & Development (R&D) across various manufacturing industries.

Conduct outbound calls to introduce products, identify potential customers, and qualify sales opportunities before arranging appointments.

Visit prospective customers to conduct product demonstrations and present suitable technical solutions directly to end users.

Understand customers' operational requirements and applications through effective questioning and application testing, demonstrating the value of proposed solutions to drive purchasing decisions.

Monitor and analyse individual sales performance to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline. An Engineering-related qualification is preferred.

Must possess a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle for customer visits.

Prior working experience is not required.

Candidates who are available to commence work immediately are preferred.

Suitable for early-career candidates, with a preference for applicants who have no more than two years of relevant working experience.
