Qualifications
- Experience in Business Analysis, System Support, Testing, or Insurance System Implementation.
- Hands-on experience supporting system development and UAT/SIT.
- Knowledge of underwriting processes and products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Support underwriting automation solutions and rules engines.
- Gather and translate business requirements into specs.
- Drive STP improvements and electronic submission platforms.
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide production support for underwriting systems.
- Support underwriting audits and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors on implementations.
