Qualifications

• Experience liaising between IT and business to deliver new or enhanced information systems (≤140 chars).
• Ability to evaluate applications and define system requirements (≤140 chars).
• Familiar with coordinating IT teams and vendors to design and maintain reporting systems (≤140 chars).
• Prepare communications and present system enhancements to stakeholders (≤140 chars).
• This profile may cover other functions such as Finance or HR systems (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between IT and business for development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery.
• Prepare communications and facilitate presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
• This profile may reside in other functions outside IT (e.g., Finance System Support, HRIS) as applicable.
