Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of the Used Cooking Oil (UCO) business. The role focuses on expanding supplier networks, increasing collection volumes, and maximizing revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in sales or business development, with experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or waste management sectors being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in UCO, waste management, recycling, or renewable energy is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand UCO sourcing network and market coverage.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase collection volume and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Negotiate with clients to secure favorable prices and terms.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on business development activity.
