ADVANCED DEFENCE SYSTEMS SDN BHD is seeking an Engineer to source and integrate parts for VTOL UAS to meet Malaysian RF and BVLOS requirements. You will support DJI Dock deployments end-to-end and convert inspection data into engineering-grade reports for clients.

You will also prepare technical proposals and commercial calculations for oil & gas and government tenders, coordinating with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and approvals.

Responsibilities

Source and integrate components for VTOL UAS (RF, BVLOS compliance)
Support DJI Dock supply, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance
Prepare technical proposals and commercial calculations for tender submissions
Produce engineering inspection reports from UAS-collected data (visual/thermal/GIS)
Coordinate with CAAM, MCMC, and SIRIM on compliance and equipment approvals
Handle assigned tasks from time to time

About the Role

The Engineer is responsible for sourcing and integrating parts for VTOL UAS to meet Malaysian RF and BVLOS operational requirements, supporting DJI Dock deployments end-to-end, and converting UAS-collected inspection data into engineering-grade reports for our clients. The role also plays a key part in preparing technical proposals and commercial calculations for oil & gas and government tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Source and integrate components for VTOL UAS (RF, BVLOS compliance)

Support DJI Dock supply, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance

Prepare technical proposals and commercial calculations for tender submissions

Produce engineering inspection reports from UAS-collected visual/thermal/GIS data

Coordinate with CAAM, MCMC, and SIRIM on compliance and equipment approvals
