Responsibility
Be the technical voice behind the deals.
Quadruped robots. Humanoid robotics. Autonomous drones. Robotics-as-a-Service. If you've ever watched a four-legged robot walk a site inspection and thought "I need to understand how that works" — this role is built for people like you.
You'll be the person clients trust when conversations get technical: the one who can size up whether a solution genuinely fits their needs and budget, and explain to them clearly and credibly on how it all comes together.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagement with clients - Represent the company as the primary technical point of contact throughout discovery calls, site assessments, and solution walkthroughs, building the credibility that moves deals forward.
- Translate technical capability into commercial value - Articulate how drone dock, quadruped/humanoid robotics, and RaaS solutions address specific client operational challenges, enabling the sales team to sell with confidence and precision.
- Own end-to-end solution design - Assess client requirements and architect the corresponding hardware, software, and connectivity solution, working closely with engineering to validate technical feasibility before commitment.
- Drive proposal and tender quality - Author solution write-ups, bills of materials, and scopes of work that strengthen win rates, including submissions for regulated industries such as oil & gas.
- Advise on IT and infrastructure integration - Guide client IT teams through deployment considerations including cloud vs. on-premise architecture, network and connectivity requirements, API integration, and dashboard/digital twin setup.
- Build internal technical capability - Develop playbooks, FAQs, and training materials that raise the sales team's technical fluency and reduce dependency on ad hoc engineering support.
- Support field engagements as required - Travel to client sites for technical assessments and solution scoping, working alongside the deployment team as needed.
