Formación

• Undergraduate / bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of work experience.
• Solid understanding of workflows and tools used for providing services.
• Experience working as an agent in similar workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report agent-wise and team level quality.
• Conduct calibration, and perform fraud and compliance audits.
• Review content for Inappropriate Language, Intent, Title / Thumbnails and other policy items.
