Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in content moderation/app review/web or social media review.
• Basic knowledge in coding.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in areas not clearly defined by policy.
• Ability to multitask to meet workflow requirements.
• Solid understanding of customer support best practices.
• Proactive and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Open to work during weekends and evening shifts.
• Project and SLA delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify security violations and user data violations based on policy guidelines to keep the store malware-free.
• Cross-team collaboration and communication to meet aggressive review deadlines across the security queue, dashboards, and security incidents/projects.
• Review at app and developer level and relay pertinent findings to stakeholders and peer teams.
• Handle time-sensitive escalations from multiple key stakeholders.
• Identify gaps within workflows and provide input to relevant stakeholders.
