Responsibilities

Lead customer service and logistics operations to deliver the best distributor experience.
Oversee inquiries, feedback and complaints with timely resolution.
Develop and refine customer service SOPs for consistency and quality.
Monitor performance metrics such as response times and service standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product issues and order discrepancies.
Manage channels like hotline, email, live chat, and support tickets.
Prepare service performance reports and suggest improvements.
Oversee end-to-end order processing and inventory control.
Liaise with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Document logistics activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop logistics SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
