Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior customer service or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and service requests professionally.
• Assist with customer complaints and refer complex issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and transport teams on shipment matters.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Follow up on delivery issues, discrepancies and outstanding requests.
• Support documentation for immigration and other authorities under supervisor guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment details.
• Provide administrative support to Customer Service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
