Job summary

United Overseas Bank Malaysia Bhd seeks a Treasury Sales Acquisition Manager to drive NTB client acquisition and oversee revenue growth across SME to Corporate segments. You will promote treasury and FX solutions, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with Global Markets teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales with a proven track record, strong networking skills, and the PKMC certification within probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, client acquisition, or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record in winning new business and acquiring clients.
• Strong hunter mindset with prospecting, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn treasury products and FX solutions.
• PKMC certification must be obtained within probation period or as timeline prescribed by the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Drive NTB client acquisition across SME, Commercial, and Corporate segments with treasury and FX needs.
• Develop opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, client visits, and market engagement.
• Promote treasury and Global Markets solutions, including FX hedging and investment products.
• Understand clients’ business and risk management needs to recommend suitable treasury solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and market updates to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
• Collaborate with Global Markets specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Keep abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide value-added insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and onboarding processes.
• Achieve treasury sales, client acquisition, revenue, and product penetration targets.
