SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORPORATION MALAYSIA BERHAD is seeking an experienced Treasury Corporate Sales professional with a decade+ in Global Markets to drive FX, money market and derivative solutions for corporate and financial institution clients. The role emphasizes client engagement, hedging advisory, and cross-selling treasury products across internal teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in Global Markets/Treasury with PKMC.
Good understanding of foreign exchange and basic derivative products i.e. Interest Rate Swaps and Cross Currency Swaps.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask between dealing markets and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Quote and conclude deals (FX-Spot, Forward, Option, Money Market and Derivatives) for local corporate and FI clients.
Support Japanese Sales from time to time when necessary.
Coordinate with product partners and SMBC branches to cross-sell bank products.
Participate in projects or initiatives within SMBC MY.
Provide treasury input for treasury-related docs and presentations for Relationship Managers and product partners.
