Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Treasury Sales and Marketing professional to grow the treasury business with existing and new customers, pricing and structuring across asset classes and hybrids. You will organize client events, collaborate with the BCB division on major accounts, and deliver training on treasury solutions to business partners.

A strong focus on relationship building, market knowledge of FX options and derivatives, and a licensed PPKM credential will support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Treasury Sales and Marketing experience.
Familiar with FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Commodity Solutions.
Strong marketing and relationship-building skills.
PPKM licensed.

Responsibilities

Grow the treasury business through marketing with new and existing treasury customers.
Pricing and structuring both asset and liability solutions across all asset classes and also hybrid.
Organizing client events - seminars, trainings, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc.
Work with the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) division on account plan for major clients, structured financing opportunities, procedures and documentations for treasury related facilities and deals.
Conduct training on Treasury solutions or products to the BCB and Trade counterparts.
Formulating business plan and strategies for the region/portfolio assigned.
Tracking of run rate and pipeline deals.
