Job summary

NASALIS LARVATUS TOURS SDN. BHD. in Sabah, Sandakan is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee logistics for transportation and guide arrangements.

You will coordinate drivers and guides, track vehicle availability, and manage the fleet across buses, vans, and boats. You will schedule maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with operations and tour teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications

• Minumum 1 year experience in operation (Travel & tours)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the logistical aspects of transportation and guide arrangements.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of drivers and guides.
• Track vehicle availability to ensure there are enough vehicles to accommodate tourist transportation needs.
• Manage the transportation fleet, including buses, vans, boats, and any other company vehicles.
• Schedule vehicle and boat maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team, tour guides, and other departments or stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between transportation and tour activities.
• Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and reporting.
• Execute HR functions, including interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluations, promotions, and termination activities.
• Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and suggest effective solutions.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
